Terms & Conditions

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation displayed on our site.
3. Payment: You must make payment for accommodation booked on the site at the time stated in the rooms cancellation policy and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will (subject to the following) be the amount shown on our booking page prior to you confirming the booking. Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.
4. Changes to Bookings: If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact our office on (08) 8552 2455. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Please note that:

* bookings in certain time periods, or for certain room types cannot be cancelled or changed; and
* some changes and/or cancellations may be permitted but this may involve imposing a charge

If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in in accordance with the booking made, you will be charged for up to the full amount of the booking made.

BEST RATE ROOM:
If booking a room that is at the 'best rate' the room is non refundable and the following policy applies:
Cancellation: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

FLEXI ROOM (3 Day Cancellation):
If booking a room that is FLEXI (cancellation allowed) the following policy applies:
Cancellation: If cancelled or modified up to 72 hrs (3 days) before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged 72 hrs prior to arrival. In the event that the credit card fails or is declined for any reason when being processed the booking will automatically be cancelled.
EG: If arrival day is Monday, card will be charged on the Friday before the day of arrival.

Please note that there is a 3.0% surcharge when you pay with an American Express credit card and a 1% surcharge when paying with Visa or MasterCard.

Changes may be made to your booking but this is not guaranteed and may be subject to charge if less rooms or nights are booked.
In case of a 'LOST KEY' a $25 fee will be charged.
All rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING.

Please note that reception hours are as follows:
Monday-Saturday 09:00 until 11:00 and 14:00 until 18:30
Sunday 10:00 until 11:00 and 14:00 until 18:30

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
