Breakfast charges:
0-4 years old – free of charge with breakfast
5-12 years old – 50% charge on extra bed/extra mattress/breakfast
13 years old and above – 100% on extra mattress/extra bed/breakfast
Airport Transfer: Kindly advise us if Dumaguete airport transportation service is required. For any amendments or cancellation on the transfers, the resort requires a minimum 1-day prior notification. Kindly note that the full transfer fee will be imposed
Diving and Snorkeling: Our resort is in partnership with Sea Explorers Dive Center. For all of your diving concerns please refer to their website www.sea-explorers.com/dauin/

Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 12:00 NN
Kindly present one (1) valid Identification Card or passport upon check-in, “NO ID, NO CHECK-IN POLICY”
The hotel reserves the right to cancel booking reservation for non-payment of booking guaranteed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For changes or cancellations of direct bookings less 45 days before arrival, the following cancellation costs will be charged:
45 – 31 days before arrival 25% of the invoice
30 – 15 days before arrival 50% of the invoice
14 – 0 days before arrival/ no show 100% of the invoice
Down payment and cancellation policy for groups (8 persons / 4 and more rooms):
120 days before arrival as down payment 30% of the invoice
60 – 31 days before arrival 60% of the invoice
30 – 0 days before arrival / no show 100% of the invoice
If few people of a group booking cancel, but the majority (80%) of the group members are traveling as planned, we use the normal cancellation policy (as method above).
Cancellation due to force majeure (i.e. typhoon) will not be refunded but maybe rescheduled as advised and approved by the hotel’s management and depending on room availability.
