Villa Maria Barossa
Built in 1910, Villa Maria is an elegantly proportioned villa that has been tastefully refurbished with all modern conveniences. The villa offers three comfortable, luxurious rooms, each with ensuite. A fourth couple can be accommodated.
Located in one of the truly historical precincts of Tanunda, the house is only metres from historic Goat Square, and a short stroll to the main street.
Guests have access to the entire house, including full kitchen with European appliances, laundry and the garden.
Villa Maria is owned an operated by one of the Barossa’s favourite chefs, Tuoi Do, who together with husband Grant Dickson own and run fermentAsian restaurant.

OCCUPANCY
Villa Maria Barossa is available for hire for up to 8 Guests. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 ensuite boutique accommodation, with additional sofa bed and bathroom.
No additional persons are permitted to stay overnight.
Infants (considered 24months or less) are welcome but are required to be accommodated in a portacot in their parents room. A portacot is available on request.
The configuration of the bedrooms needs to be confirmed at time of booking as all suites can be split into two singles (normally king bed).
Pets are strictly not permitted.
No functions or events are able to be held on the property without the owners prior approval. An event charge may be applicable at the owners discretion.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of making a booking, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled check-in, you will also receive a full refund.
Other reservation payments are non refundable.
