Check-in time is between 3 pm to 10 pm and checkout is 7 am to 11 am at Kelapa Villas reception. You will be charged the total price of your booking if you cancel within 30 days. If you do not show up you will be charged the total price of your booking. Prepayment is required along with credit card details in case of damages. There are no extra beds or cribs available for the rooms. One child under the age of 2 years old can stay free of charge. Smoking in the rooms is strictly not allowed and there will be charges if caught doing so. Parties are welcome but please be respectful of your neighbours.
Payment Policy
Full pre-payment is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or direct bank transfer. Villa Mimpi will contact you directly to discuss payment options before your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund prior to 30 day before your stay date.
