Villa Talia is in southern Tasmania’s Huon Valley, just 600m from the banks of the Huon River. The house is gracious and simple in design, blending beautifully with its tranquil surrounds. From the wrap-around verandah there are views to the south of the Hartz Mountains and the southwest wilderness, with the Sleeping Beauty mountain range visible to the north.
Inside, the villa is tastefully decorated in a contemporary international style, with French and Italian furnishings. French doors open on to the verandah, and there are several open fires, a library and huge windows through which the ultramarine evening light and the ever-changing hues and reflections of sky and water can be admired. Various wineries and cheesemakers dot the region, and the cafes and galleries of Cygnet are just ten minutes away.

Noise restrictions
Noise restrictions apply from 10pm-8am, to allow our neighbours to have a peaceful night’s sleep.
Use of Property
Guests will be asked to pay for any costs incurred resulting from malicious damage to Villa Talia.
Credit Cards
By providing credit card details, guests warrant they have the authority to use the credit card and they authorise Villa Talia to charge the cost of their booking(s) to that credit card, as well charges associated with their stay.
Extreme Weather Conditions
Villa Talia reserves the right to cancel bookings due to extreme weather such as high winds and fire. Customers will be notified if such conditions occur and a full booking refund will be offered.
Guests who do not respect and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above, may be asked to leave the property, and will forfeit any charges associated with their booking.

Full payment is required at the time of accommodation reservation to secure your booking.
Special Event/Wedding bookings must be secured via a 50% deposit at the time booking and full payment of remaining balance is required 30 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a full refund less the non-refundable component of the deposit ($200).
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund. We will however reimburse any component that we are able to successfully rebook, for this period.
We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
