Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing
Check in is available from 2pm – 6pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check in and/ or late check may be available at the discretion of the owner.
We pride ourselves to maintain a superb standard of accommodation for our guests therefore we require certain conditions to be complied with. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guest’s responsibility during their stay.
We take every care to ensure your safety whilst you are with us and will provide a safety briefing at the time of checking, we will not accept liability for any accidents that occur during your stay.
The owners will supply all the linen, towels and bathroom amenities. Rooms will be serviced daily.
Loss- the owners take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property.
No smoking is permitted inside the villa however we have made areas outside suitable for smoking.

Payment Policy
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is required one week before your booking date. If you are unable to confirm the booking, please let us know as soon as possible either by phoning 0274481440 0r email helen@villatesoro.co.nz
Cancellation Policy
If you do not process the funds to confirm the booking, we have the right to cancel the booking, however no cancellation will be made without contacting you first.
We understand that plans change. Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change as our cancellation policy is:
• If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If If cancelled later, 100 percent of the deposit will be charged
• In the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
