- ท่านสามารถเข้าห้องพักได้ตั้งแต่ 14.00 - 20.00 น.
- ในกรณีที่ท่านจำเป็นต้องเช็คอินหลัง 20.00 น. ให้ท่านแจ้งกับพนักงาน
- ในกรณีที่ท่านจำเป็นต้องเช็คเอาท์ก่อน 7.00 น. ให้ท่านแจ้งกับพนักงาน
- ทางรีสอร์ทไม่อนุญาติให้ท่าน ปิ้ง ย่าง หรือนำเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าทุกชนิดมาประกอบอาหาร
- ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้าที่พัก

Payment Policy

โอนเงินมัดจำ 50%ของราคาห้องพักทั้งหมดภายใน3-7วันหลังจากทำการจองกับทางรีสอร์ท(แล้วแต่กรณี)
โดยโอนเข้าบัญชี นายไพบูลย์ อรุณเวสสะเศรษฐ 2236016069 ธนาคารกรุงไทย สาขาบ้านเพ ประเภทออมทรัพย์
หลังจากโอนเงินแล้ว ท่านจะต้องแจ้งให้ทางรีสอร์ททราบพร้อมกับนำหลักฐานมายืนยันเพื่อเข้าพัก

Cancellation Policy

ในกรณีที่ท่านไม่มาเช็คอิน ท่านต้องแจ้งยกเลิกล่วงหน้าภายใน14วันก่อนเข้าพัก
หากท่านยกเลิกการจองห้องพัก14วันก่อนเข้าพัก ทางรีสอร์ทจะทำการคืนเงิน 30%ของเงินมัดจำ ในกรณีที่ท่านโอนเงินมัดจำแล้ว
หากท่านยกเลิกการจองห้องพัก 7วันก่อนเข้าพัก ท่านจะไม่สามารถขอรับเงินมัดจำคืนได้
Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).
หากท่านยกเลิกการจองห้องพัก 7 วันก่อนวันเช็คอิน ท่านจะถูกเรียกเก็บเงินเท่ากับการเข้าพักคืนแรก หากท่านยกเลิกการจองห้องพัก 3 วันก่อนวันเช็คอิน ท่านจะถูกเรียกเก็บเงินเต็มจำนวน กรณีที่ท่านไม่เข้าเช็คอินที่โรงแรมตามกำหนด จะถือเป็นการไม่เข้าพัก และท่านไม่สามารถขอรับเงินคืนได้ (นโยบายของโรงแรม)
