Waiorau Homestead
Waiorau Homestead is located in a picturesque rural setting in the Cardrona Valley, close to Wanaka. The Homestead has stunning views over the mountains and is settled in 10 acres of beautiful stream boundary grounds.
Ideally located between Wanaka and Queenstown, Cardrona also offers a multitude of activities including mountain biking, horse-riding, quad biking, hiking and walks which are all on our doorstep. The world class Cardrona Distillery is 2 minutes drive as is the iconic Cardrona Hotel, New Zealand’s oldest hotel.
The Homestead has three beautifully appointed bedrooms to choose from, a private guest lounge and dining room, outdoor spa and fireplace, petanque and many other guest services and amenities to make your stay a memorable one.

Payment Policy
A deposit of 25% of the total is required to secure reservations for 3 days or more.
The balance is payable at departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
As we are a small boutique accomodation, cancellations affect us greatly. We will always try to replace the booking and not charge the cancellation fee wherever possible.
