Wandin is situated in the Lovedale area of the Hunter Valley, set on a large estate which also produces premium wines. It's quiet bush land locale makes it a unique tourist destination for visitors. The Estate contains a Restaurant, Cellar Door, self-contained Tuscan style villas, along with swimming pool and Cricketers Pavilion overlooking a country cricket ground.

A self contained loft studio space containing kitchen, dining area, lounge, shower ensuite and king bed. Hannah's Loft is nestled at the top of the picturesque Wandin Estate, located close to the pool. Bed can be split to twin single on request.
Note: This Villa is not mobility friendly due to the entry stairs.

Villa Isabella Book
Villa Isabella contains two spacious king bedrooms opening onto a wrap around patio. This patio is complete with outdoor setting and provides stunning views across our Vineyard and the Brokenback Ranges, with direct access to the estate Pool. A large full kitchen/ dining area make this a great villa for entertaining, while the living space contains a large log fireplace and separate TV lounge. There is one full bathroom and an additional toilet.

Alasdair's Place Book
A compact villa with 2 queen bedrooms, small shared bathroom (shower, toilet, basin) and open log fireplace in lounge room. Dining area contains a kitchenette, opening onto covered back patio which overlooks the vineyard. Mezzanine level provides space for the kids to play.
NB: Beds are fixed queen mattresses and cannot be split to single.

Villa Angus Book
Villa Angus is a two storey villa containing full kitchen, log fireplace, lounge and dining area. The second floor contains two king bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (one with shower, one with bath/shower). Each of the two bedrooms has a private balcony. This villa offers spectacular views over our vineyards and the valley. Spacious and airy, you will have room to relax and unwind.

Oliver's Cottage Book
Oliver's Cottage is tucked privately within the estate's bush-land, containing 4 individual King bed rooms with their own ensuite bathrooms and balcony access. Each bedroom has private keyed entry, along with access to the large full kitchen & generous open plan living/dining area complete with log fireplace. This communal living area opens onto a covered deck with outdoor dining setting.
All beds can be split to twin single on request.

Terms & Conditions
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they and their guests behave in an orderly manner whilst staying at Wandin. Wandin reserves the right to request that any guest behaving in a manner that is unreasonable, potentially dangerous or disruptive to other guests or staff, be removed from the Estate.
DAMAGE / CLEANING:
General and normal cleaning is included in the accommodation price. If any guest, during the course of their stay at Wandin should damage any of the villa’s fixtures, fitting or contents and/or any other property at Wandin, then an appropriate fee will apply to cover any financial loss sustained to Wandin. An additional cleaning fee will also apply if any of the villas are left in a state that is deemed unreasonable. Any of these aforementioned charges will be applied to the credit card this is supplied below.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER USE:
Fire extinguishers have been placed in all villas for your safety and are only to be used for emergency purposes. Please note that any inappropriate or unnecessary use of these extinguishers will result in a minimum cost to you of $500 per used extinguisher.
LOSS OR DAMAGE:
Wandin takes no responsibility for any personal property lost or damaged during your stay.
WANDIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Should Wandin prove unable to provide facilities reserved, due to circumstances beyond our control, no further claim other than the entitlement to a full refund of any deposits made. Wandin will endeavour to provide the client with as much notice as possible should the situation arise.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Any special requirements are to be requested in writing, at the time of booking the accommodation, so that any issues and associated costs can be fully considered and confirmed.
CHECK IN DETAILS:
Due to the intense COVID cleaning Wandin Staff have to now complete, check in is between 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm and keys are to be collected at our Cellar Door. Wandin requires guests to strictly adhere to check in times. Should you have a specific request outside of these times, prior arrangement must be made with Wandin before your date of arrival. Wandin will try to accommodate these requests when and where possible.
A pre-authorisation of $200 is required upon check in, for all bookings.
CHECK OUT DETAILS:
Check out is 10am and keys are to be returned to the Cellar Door reception on departure. Wandin requires guests to strictly adhere to check out times. A fee of $200 per key is applicable if keys are not returned on departure and will be charged to the credit card below.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Deposits and final payments can be made by credit card or direct deposit. We require remittance advice for ALL direct deposits to be emailed to stay@wandin.com.au. All credit card transactions incur a surcharge.
