Warburton Motel
A friendly, laid back mid-century Motel nestled between town and the wilds of Warburton. 2 minutes one way and you are in the shops and restaurants, 2 minutes in the opposite direction and you are in the pristine forest. You can just park your car and walk to so many attractions.
Only minutes’ walk from the Yarra River, Projekt 3488 event space and Warburton township. Less than 10 minutes’ drive from beautiful tourist sites including the Redwood Forest, Rainforest Gallery, Mount Donna Buang, La La Falls and much more. Within 30 minutes drive you can be at Healesville Sanctuary, the Upper Yarra Reservoir, Ada Tree and multiple small towns to explore.
The Motel has rooms for all requirements - families, couples and groups of friends! Spotlessly clean, amazing beds, toasty warm, the wifi is free and all of the usual freebie goodies are super high quality - and nothing is tested on our furry friends. We love the environment and all that live in it. Set in stunning gardens with towering ancient trees, festoon lights and fire pits - it is an amazing place to unwind and connect to nature and each other.
It’s also the Accommodation choice of adventurers - Riders, hikers, snow players, river rafters, fossikers, explorers, photographers and people with a generally upbeat outlook on life. Warburton’s premier outdoor adventure tour operator (Bike and Hike) www.bikeandhike.com.au is based at the Motel so you can book tours and explore right from the Motel! We also hire bikes, river tubes, toboggans and have a cool little shop in reception.
We take our cleaning and your comfort very seriously but apart from that there isn’t too much seriousness about us. You are more likely to hear laughter and excited chatter than hushed tones and ceremony. If this sounds like your place then you are going to have a great time!

Located upstairs and looking out across the stunning century old trees and to the valleys beyond, this newly refurbished 2 bedroom suite is ideal for friends or family. There is a comfortable air conditioned / heated lounge and dining area with a microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery etc, as well as the complimentary tea and coffee facilities. The living space has a large flat screen (smart) TV. Adjoining the lounge is two separate bedrooms - both with ceiling fans for a comfortable sleep. The queen bed master has views to stay in bed for! The master room has one queen bed. The bed is new, very high quality with triple sheet white linen. The second bedroom has two single beds, also new, seating and its own TV to amuse the kids. There is one bathroom in the suite with eco-friendly complimentary toiletries.

There are two additional single beds in the shared room. The room itself is air conditioned and has a flat screen (smart) TV, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. this suite has a lounge and dining area.

Terms & Conditions
COVID SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:
We require guests to be double vaccinated and reserve the right to request proof of vaccination status. Whilst we hate having to make a call on this… the feedback from our team and guests has let to this requirement.
Contactless check-in. Rooms not entered whilst you are staying for mutual safety. Stays of more than 3 nights and we can agree a safe housekeeping plan.
GENERAL T&C:
Check-In is strictly from 2pm to allow for COVID cleaning.
Check-Out Time: 10AM
Cancellations (for direct bookings only) must be in writing via text or email. If you booked through an online agent, you must cancel with them. (Book direct next time )
Rooms are strictly limited to the advertised maximum occupancy.
Babies must have a porta-cot (not supplied) - babies sleeping in beds with parents is not permitted.
Full meal preparation is not permitted in rooms - they are not self-contained.
One vehicle per room booked.
Bikes very welcome but not in rooms - alternate, secure, weather protected storage is available.
No smoking in or near rooms or balconies (min 15m away) - smoking in garden area or under carport if raining. Smoking on balconies will result in you being asked to leave with no refund.
Excessive / avoidable room or bed soiling will incur charges from extra cleaning to replacement cost.
Firepit and outdoor areas are to be vacated at 10pm for the quiet enjoyment of rooms for all guests.

A VALID Credit card is required to secure booking. Invalid card (or insufficient funds) will result in a $20 additional admin fee for time and phone calls etc. Cancellation is also possible at our sole discretion if we can’t obtain a valid card ahead of arrival.
Payment is taken on day of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee if you cancel more than 72 hours (3 days) ahead of arrival.
If you cancel within 24 and 72 hours of arrival the cancellation fee is equal to the peak ONE night in your booking. (e.g. the Saturday night rate).
If you cancel inside 24 hours then the value of your full booking (capped at 3 nights) applies.
