Waterfall Springs Wildlife Sanctuary is dedicated to saving the endangered Brush-Tailed and Yellow-Footed Rock Wallabies. Every guest is offered a chance to interact and get up close and personal with these magnificent creatures and it will be an encounter you won’t want to miss! The property also supports the rehabilitation of a number of other species, including Eastern-Grey and Red kangaroos as well as Swamp and Red-Necked wallabies. You will find these animals scattered throughout the property and encourage every guest to become more acquainted with them.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. When you make your booking you accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions.
COVID-19: If a cancellation is due to Covid related matters (i.e a positive test result) or government-imposed lockdowns/travel restrictions we remain fully flexible and can reschedule or cancel without fees or charges.
To ensure the quiet ambiance of the retreat is maintained, please be aware that visitors are not permitted on the property. The property is for guest use only.
The accommodation has been designed as a luxury romantic getaway for couples only. Guests arriving with children will be refused check-in and will forfeit monies paid.
As we are a working wildlife sanctuary pets are not permitted
Tariffs are charged per couple. Extra guests are not permitted in the rooms.
Prices are correct up until the 3rd of January 2023
Weekend rates are Friday & Saturday. They are generally booked out in advance so we recommend that you read the cancellation policy before making a booking.
Payment is to be finalised 14 days prior to your booking.
No refunds will be issued if you choose to end your stay early.
* Conditions apply- Christmas, Easter & Public Holiday bookings- 3 night minimum required during these periods.

It is a condition of your stay on this property that you must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in. Your credit card details are collected as security, incidentals and any extras that you may purchase during your stay. We reserve the right to charge your card should any security issues/or incidentals arise.
In the event of damage to fixtures or property loss, we reserve the right to charge the credit card of the person making the booking to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
We have a no party policy. Excessive noise disturbs not only the other guests but places undue stress onto the wildlife that inhabit the retreat. You may be asked to vacate the premises if this policy is not respected. No refunds will be issued.
We accept both MasterCard, Visa Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Surcharges will apply and cash payments are preferred to minimise expenses to guests.
Check-in time is from 2 pm fro retreat guests and 3 pm for the glamping tent. Please notify us of your arrival by pressing the doorbell at the gate.
An earlier check-in can be accommodated at times but strictly depends on our housekeeping and maintenance schedule. A fee may apply.
Check-out is by 10 am. for retreat guests and 11 am for glamping tent guests. This means that guests have vacated the premises. If you wish to stay later than your check out time to eat breakfast or go for a walk then a late check out will need to be purchased. Late check-outs can be purchased for $25 per hr up until 12 pm/ 1 pm (glamping tent guests) If guests stay beyond 12 pm then a full nights rate will be charged.
Late check-outs are subject to availability.
Glow Worm tours and Sanctuary tours- bookings are recommended and paid as a cash donation to the sanctuary. If you fail to turn up for your tour then payment is still required. If you arrive late to the meeting point then this may impact the remaining length of your tour. Tours may be cancelled or re-scheduled in severe weather conditions. In this case a refund is granted.
Smoking is permitted on each room’s private outdoor sitting areas ONLY. Cigarettes must be disposed of thoughtfully in the ashtrays provided. If smoke is detected in your room then a $200 cleaning fee will be issued.
Payment Policy
Payment details are collected at the time of booking and your card charged prior to your arrival and after the free cancellation period.

Extra optional items like food baskets, purchased drinks, tours etc… must be paid for before departure otherwise costs will be automatically charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policy
14 or more days notice: No cancellation charge and all monies refunded
No refunds are issued for cancellations with less than 14 days' notice.
Covid-19 If you are unable to travel due to government restrictions then you are entitled to a full refund or you can re-schedule your stay.
It is suggested that guests seek travel insurance to cover cancellations, loss of deposits, medical and other emergencies.
