Watermark Holiday Studios are set in a quiet location just above Little Oneroa Bay and beach - the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy beautiful Waiheke Island at any time of the year. Ideal for a romantic ‘getaway’. We have just 3 rooms, two have a large seaview and the third has a garden view but larger en-suite!
All have quality fixtures and fittings, individual terraces and floor to ceiling windows.
For internet bookings we cannot guarantee which room will be available.
Little Oneroa Beach (approx. 300 meters away)
Oneroa Beach and Village with all its shops, cafes, wine bars, restaurants, cinema, theater and galleries are a 10 minute walk.
Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards are a few minutes drive or taxi ride from us.

Payment Policy
Payment Policy
Credit card will be held as security to reserve the booking and the full room charge will be taken from that card on the day of arrival unless alternative payment has been agreed.
Our preferred payment method is direct bank credit or cash. Payment can be made by direct bank credit 48 hours prior to arrival quoting date of reservation and name as a reference :
please notify us when payment has been made to enable us to update our information.
Payments made by Mastercard or Visa will attract a 3% surcharge to contribute to our credit card charges,
A valid email address and, if possible, mobile phone number, is required to be provided at the time of reservation.
If you require to arrive later or earlier than the times specified please contact the property directly. It may be possible to arrive earlier and leave bags, subject to prior arrangement.
Cancellation Policy

We regret that our accommodation is not suitable for babies, children or pets.
All studios are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside.
Booking / Late Cancellation Charges:
Please note that in the event of cancellation we reserve the right to charge as follows:

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival 100% of total booking
Where credit card details have been provided to secure the reservation the cancellation fees will be taken from that account.
