Waters Edge Holiday Homes
Water's Edge Holiday Homes offers guests the choice of two fully self-contained, beachfront dwellings in Lemon's Bay, Opua, Bay of Islands. Although situated on the same waterfront site the houses are independent of each other and have their own entrances and parking areas. Subject to availability guests are welcome to book one or the other house or both houses for larger groups.
The Beach Bach is an open plan, 4-bedroom holiday house that sleeps a maximum of nine guests. The king bedroom and one of the two queen bedrooms are located in a separate wing joined to the main house and share a bathroom. There is a second bathroom and separate guest toilet to service the second queen bedroom, bunk bedroom and living areas. A log fire (with firewood supplied) and an outdoor hot tub complete the package for cooler days.
The Beach House is an open plan, 3-bedroom holiday house that sleeps a maximum of eight guests. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; the third bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. This property also has a log burner and outdoor hot tub for cooler days.
Both houses enjoy all day sun, expansive decks for outdoor dining and stunning views over the Bay.
Both properties come equipped with bed linens, bath and beach/spa towels, kitchen towels, gas barbecues and wifi. Guests in both properties also have shared use of the kayaks and life jackets.
Water's Edge is ideally situated to enjoy all that the Bay of Islands has to offer - 10 minutes drive to Paihia and Waitangi, two minutes to Opua wharf and car ferry and situated on the coastal walk from Opua to Paihia. Boat cruises to see the dolphins or explore the Islands, Hole and Rock and other attractions leave from Paihia and are must do when visiting the Bay.

The Beach House at Water's Edge, Opua, Bay of Islands is one of two fully self-contained holiday homes situated right on the beachfront.
The Beach House is a 3-bedroom holiday home with open plan living, a spacious deck for soaking up the all-day sun, barbecue and views to die for! The Beach House also has an outdoor hot tub from which guests can enjoy stunning views over the bay.
Situated right on the beachfront with an almost private beach on the doorstep The Beach House sleeps 8 (maximum). Both the king bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is a third bathroom and an additional toilet. Bed linen, bath and beach/spa towels, kitchen tea-towels, wifi and Netflix included. Close to the Russell car ferry and adjacent to the walking track to both the Opua marina and Paihia. Come and enjoy our little slice of heaven.

The Beach Bach at Water's Edge, Opua, Bay of Islands is one of two fully self-contained holiday homes situated right on the beach front.
The Beach Bach is an open plan, 4-bedroom holiday house on the water's edge in quiet, sheltered Lemon's Bay, Opua, Bay of Islands. The house has views to die for from the living areas and a spacious deck that attracts all day sun. There is an outdoor hot tub with views over the Bay and a gas barbecue. The Beach Bach sleeps 9 (maximum). The king bedroom and one of the two queen bedrooms are located in a separate wing and share a bathroom. The second queen bedroom and bunk bedroom are in the main house. Bed linen, bath and spa/beach towels, kitchen tea-towels and wifi are included in the nightly rate. There is also an extensive DVD library including some excellent 3D movies for younger guests. The Beach Bach is close to the Russell car ferry and adjacent to the Opua to Paihia coastal walking track. Come and enjoy our little slice of heaven.

Payment Policy
50% of the total booking rental is due at time of booking to secure dates requested.
The balance (50% ) is due for payment no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Should it be necessary to cancel a reservation guests will receive a refund of the deposit paid, less a 15% administration fee, providing the cancellation is received no later than 31 days prior to arrival and the dates cancelled are able to be rebooked for the same value.
There is no refund payable for reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
