Termini e condizioni

Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Hotel, together with your original valid photo identification document (national registration identity card, passport, driver's licence or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require). If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of booking, please contact us or via your OTA.
The 'Guest' named in the Booking Confirmation must be the person staying at the Hotel otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
At all times during the booking process, you will be advised to ensure the accuracy of your booking details (guest details, stay dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s), Add-Ons). WE Hotel will not be responsible or liable for errors in booking details.

1) Check in time is at 3 PM and check out time is at 12 noon (Early check in/ Late check out can be arranged according to occupancy)
2) WE Hotel is a smoke-free venue. Smoking tobacco, burning incense or other flammable materials in rooms is strictly prohibited and will incur a cleaning fee of $1,500.
3) Any loss or damage to the room key will incur a HKD$500 fine.
4) Pets are not allowed.
5) Durian is not allowed to be kept or eaten in the Hotel premises.
6) I agree to be responsible for all incidental charges or lost item and agree to pay for any lost item, damages and breakages during my stay.
7) WE Hotel accept no liability for any valuables and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto and guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items.

Norme di pagamento

1) Non-Refundable;
2) Payment can be made by Cash/Check/Bank Transfer/Credit Card(Visa/Master/JCB/UnionPay). A surcharge of 3% of total bill will be added for credit card payment. For other payment methods, please contact WE Hotel directly;
3) For direct Bank Transfer/Deposit : Bank of China / Account #: 012-919-0-008215-9 / Name: GOLDEN VIEW MANAGEMENT LIMITED T/A WE HOTEL ;
4) A HK$500 deposit per Room per Stay/Day (max at HK$2,000) is required at check-in, and fully refundable at check-out;
5) If you wish to amend your reservation, please inform us at least 14 days prior on the day of arrival to avoid penalty charge;
6) Extension of stay shall be made at least 7-days in-advance to guarantee availability of same room rate.
7) For questions related to long stay service plans, please contact the hotel directly.

Norme di cancellazione

Can cancel the room 14 days prior to arrival for free. Any cancellation after that will incur a 50% charge on the total booking amount.
