All Guests agree to:
• Please note you have chosen to stay in a Hotel that is situated above 2 bars and 1 restaurant, at times there will be noise - especially over the weekends or holidays.
• For the safety of our guests the Hotel will be locked when our Craic Bar closes – usually between 9.30pm - 11pm. On Friday and Saturday nights (and on occasion, during the week for special functions) the Boiler room Nightclub is open for business from 7pm - 3am.
• If guest/guests misplace/lose their room key - there is a $40 NZD (Forty dollars) replacement fee - either charged to card or paid to office.
****** A valid credit card is required to secure booking and any damage done to rooms, property or chattels will require full payment to repair or replace damaged goods. ******
RULES
1. ONLY booked guests are allowed upstairs.
2. All guests must check out by 10am.
3. There is absolutely NO SMOKING or cooking in the rooms please be aware if a detector goes off in your room and you are found responsible you will be charged the $1000 + GST (NZD) NZ Fire Service call out fee. DON’T SMOKE AND BE VERY AWARE OF AERIAL SPRAYS.
4. You MUST be considerate of other guests when using common areas like the Kitchen, Living Area, Balcony and Restrooms. Please keep these areas CLEAN AT ALL TIMES!
5. Check in 2pm-8pm. If arriving after 8.00pm please phone or email to arrange a late check in.
6. If guest/guests misplace/lose their room key - there is a $40 NZD (Forty dollars) replacement fee - either charged to card or paid to office.
Payment Policy
Full payment when checking in. For larger bookings, a deposit may be required to secure rooms.
