Terms & Conditions
1. CHECK- IN/CHECK -OUT:
1.1 Check in Time - 2:00 PM, up to 12:00 MN
1.2 Check out Time - 12:00 NN
1.3 Early check-in is not allowed.
1.4 Late check will be charged a fee of P800 per hour.
2. OCCUPANCY POLICY:
2.1 Maximum occupants of six (6) persons (i.e. 4 adults and 2 children, 2 adults and 4 children).
2.2 Maximum of four (4) adults per room (i.e. 4 adults and 2 children)
2.3 Maximum of five (5) children per room (i.e. 1 adult and 5 children).
2.4 For a person to be considered a child, the age must be seven (7) years old and below.
2.5 Allowed extra bed at P1,100 per bed per day.
2.6 Damages to property must be settled by guest prior to check out.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY:
3.1 Fifty percent (50%) refund for cancellation from five days and up prior to the reserved date.
3.2 Zero (0) refund for cancellation from four (4) days and below prior to reserved date.
3.3 Failure to appear on arrival date is considered as “NO SHOW” and no refund will be given.
3.4 Rebooking shall be allowed subject to room availability and booking fee of P1,000 per room. But the booking can neither be cancelled nor refunded regardless of the proximity of the reserved date.
4. DISCOUNT:
4.1 Senior Citizen Discount – twenty (20%) discount from the total rate can be avail per room. If more than one (1) room, only 1 room will be discounted.
4.2 Guests cannot avail at the same time two discounts, may choose either the promotional or mandatory discounts to avail.
5. RESTRICTIONS:
5.1 No bringing of cooking and electrical equipment.
5.2 No pets shall be allowed.
5.3 No meals shall be served.
5.4 No drinking of any liquor inside the room.
5.5 No smoking in the entire property.
5.6 No cooking service and personal service.
Payment Policy
1. Late check will be charged a fee of P800 per hour.
