All rooms are non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
1.CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD:
We do reserve the right to charge your card in the following instances:
For any damage done to your hotel room during your stay that is discovered after you have left the hotel.
For the price of the room in the case of late cancellation or no show as per our cancellation policy in each channel.
Same days before arrival as a guarantee.
For the cost of a deep clean in the event you smoke in your room or bathroom. This is clearly stated on the room notices.
If you leave the hotel without settling your room or bar bill.
2.DEPOSIT : On your arrival date you will ask to paid for the deposit at 1,000 baht and we will refund you back when you check out
3.AIRPORT TRANSFER : Our hotel have the airport transfer and there will be extra charge , here’s the rate for the transfer if you would like to booked for the transfer please kindly let us know your flight number , landing time (AM/PM) , persons companied , transfer type (one-way / round trip) please be noted that after you have been confirm , the transfer fee will be charge from your card , and we’ve also got taxi service on-site 24 hours
- One-way (maximum 3 persons) : 1,200 baht / (maximum 7 persons) : 2,200 baht
- Round-trip (maximum 3 persons) : 2,000 baht / (maximum 7 persons) : 3,700 baht
4.TOUR DESK & TRIP : As Phuket is one of the most popular destination in Thailand , the tour packages are mostly sold out before the guest arrival anyhow to avoid this situation we suggest you to booked your ideal trip in advanced , Moreover we've also attached you the tour and show packages with this email , you can make ADVANCED BOOKING TO GET SPECIAL DISCOUNT (by replying this email for booking or more info)
5.SCOOTER FOR RENT : If you would like to explore Phuket Town by yourselves we also got the scooter rental service at the hotel for you , please don’t for get to bring your driving license for rent the scooters

-350 baht / 125 cc / maximum loaded 150 kgs.
Payment Policy
A deposit of total night’s room charge is required to guarantee booking.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLED - The guest will be charged the total price
NO SHOWS - If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of all reserved nights plus applicable taxes.
