Terms and conditions
You will need to purchase a 3 day Weekend Warrior Pass in order to be eligible for Camping. Tickets purchased on this site are for camping passes only.
• Driving on the property will be limited.
• The sites are not powered.
• No generators are permitted.
• There are no shower facilities on site.
• This is an Alcohol and Drug Free Event.
• Please Leave No trace. Ensure campsites are left the same way it was when you arrived. Free from rubbish and personal items when departing the campground.
• Children must remain at all times under the responsible supervision of an adult or guardian.
• Please ensure that all valuable items are secured; no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged personal property.
Access
• Patrons must present appropriate identification and a valid Camping Pass and SWYF 3 day Weekend Warrior Pass to gain entry into the campgrounds.
• Camping Entry will open Friday March 20th 12:00pm to 3:00pm. Opening ceremony is at 4:30.
• Upon Arrival, you will be directed to the Wild Good glamping site. Glampers will be required to unload their vehicles and set up their camp between 12 and 3pm on the 20th of March. Once your camp is set up, you will be directed to move your vehicle to the car park. Vehicles cannot re-enter the camp site until the day of exit. All glampers must vacate the property by 7pm on the 22nd of March 2020.
• A mudmap and further instructions and/or directions will be sent closer to the date.
Amenities
Toilets and sinks are provided a short distance from all camp sites. Facilities will be cleaned overnight and daily. Please report any hazards or cleaning issues to management.
Please note: There are no showers on site. If you would like to shower, Yallingup Beach, Old Dunsborough Boat Ramp and Meelup Beach all have public shower facilities. Restrictions will apply to entry and exit of the property. Details to be provided closer to the event date.

JARRAHDENE 5-Meter - 4+ Nights

JARRAHDENE 5-Meter - 4+ Nights Book

Jarrahdene campground is nestled within a mix of jarrah, marri and peppermint bushland.

The site was originally a timber mill belonging to M.C. Davies dating back to the late 1800s. Remnants of the old mill, closed in 1913, can still be seen with an interpretive walk passing through the old mill site offering information on the milling industry from a bygone era.

Jarrahdene is in a central location between Margaret River and Augusta offering easy access to beaches, whale watching (seasonal) and wineries.

This is a DPAW Campgroud. Facilities: pit toilets (no flush), water (non-drinking) BBQs, dishwashing (cold-water only), picnic tables.

Campfires are usually permitted, in the provided fire rings only, between April 15 and November 30 but fire restrictions may be imposed at any time and without notice. Firewood is provided.

Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION AND EARLY TERMINATION:
1. In the event that the Agreement is terminated by the Hirer prior to the Commencement Date, the Hire Fee will be refunded by the Owner on the following basis:
1.a. in full, less $30 cancellation fee – if the Agreement is cancelled 6 weeks or more before the Commencement Date.
1.b. 50% refund, less any Campsite Fees ($45 per night per two people, extra adult $25 per night, extra child $10 per night) paid by the Owner on the behalf of the Hirer, or a Credit Note for value paid, less $30 cancellation fee – if the Agreement is cancelled between period 3-6 weeks before the Commencement Date.
1.c. no refund – if the Agreement is terminated within 3 weeks of the Commencement Date, or the Hirer is a “no show”.
1.d. bookings that are made for the period between the 1st December and the 30th January ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS and SPECIAL EVENTS (including Gourmet Escape) and PEAK PERIODS throughout the year have a no refund policy.

2. Should the Hirer leave earlier than expected full payment for the booking will still be required.

3. The Hirer may cancel the Agreement and request an alternative booking to hire the Goods and, in such circumstance, the Owner may at its discretion, credit the Hire Fee to that alternate booking.

4. In the event of a pandemic or period of restrictions or lockdown issued by state or federal government, the Hirer will be issued a Transferable Credit Note only.

5. In any such time of catastrophic circumstances, for example bush fires, storms, extreme acts of nature, the Hirer will be issued a credit note only.

6. The Owner may terminate the Agreement at any time by giving notice in writing to the Hirer and will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damages suffered by the Hirer provided that the Owner refunds in full to the Hirer the Hire Fee already paid by the Hirer.

7. The proprietors reserve the right to alter these conditions without prior written notice.
