Booking
Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Hotel, together with your original valid photo identification document (national registration identity card, passport, driver's licence or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require). If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact us.
Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation
Check in later than MIDNIGHT must inform to the W Station Hotel.

For any reservation made on our website, we request your credit card number (and expiry date) as a guarantee. Payment will be made at the check-in, unless you do not come at the hotel and have not previously cancelled your booking. In such case, the amount of the first night will be debited from your credit card. In a great majority of our hotels, means of payment accepted (apart from cash) are as follows: • Visa, American Express, Mastercard.
NO SMOKING Policy
No smoking policy in all Hotel premises ("Non Smoking Policy"). Smoking is prohibited in any part of the Hotel premises except in any smoking area(s) designated by W Station Hotels (if any). Failure to comply with this policy shall entitles us to terminate your booking and stay at the Hotel at our sole discretion without compensation . You shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage to the Hotel room, premises or property, or incurred by Hotel guests or third party. W Station Hotels reserves the right to charge you for any such costs, loss or damage incurred by W Station Hotels or any Hotel guests or third party.
