Two spacious living areas are perfect for singles, couples or travelling families with their own space to relax after a day at the beach. Large modern kitchen equipped with everything you need as well as a private outdoor courtyard with bbq for summer entertaining. Large dining area, modern bathrooms and a bath to laze in as well as an upstairs balcony to take in the views. Reverse cycle air conditioning keeps the perfect temperature inside making it great for both summer and winter stays. Free Wifi in all apartments. All your linen is supplied so the only thing you need to worry about packing is your beach towel! Apartment 1 has a walled courtyard and is our pet friendly Villa.

Generally we will send you a text containing all self check in details. 24 to 48 ours prior to check in.
However please contact us before arrival if not received .

Check in is from 2pm
There is no office on site but assistance is close at hand should it be required.
Entry via the back of the complex off Dawson Drive.
There is a lockbox on the wall opposite the front door containing your keys.
Checkout is by 10am We reserve the right to charge a late checkout fee if villa is not vacated by 10am
Villa should be left clean and tidy and dishes done prior to departure. Additional cleaning and damages will be automatically debited from your nominated credit card
Pets
Apartment 1 only is pet friendly to a maximum of 2 and we must be notified prior. Please supply your own bedding. Pets are allowed inside but not on the furniture. Please clean up after your pet. Excessive cleaning charges or damages will incur an extra fee that will be debited from your nominated credit card. Please note - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE OTHER APARTMENTS

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 42 days prior to arrival are entitled to a full refund less a $50 administration fees and anyother third party transfer processing fee. Cancellations made less than 42 days prior to arrival are liable for the full price of booking. Refunds are only able to be made if we are able to rebook the reserved dates less a $50 administration fee. If you have booked on a 3rd party booking site you are bound by their terms and conditions and you should contact them directly regarding any changes.
Change of Date
We will accommodate a change of date if possible but changes less than 42 days from arrival will be considered a cancellation unless we are able to rebook your reserved dates. In this case our cancellation policy applies.
