Located in the beautiful, seaside locality of Agnes Water, Agnes Water Stays (formerly known as The Zen Den) opened to provide guests with the ultimate relaxing getaway. With the township of Agnes Water and its famous Surf Beaches, just 5 minutes away, the historic Town of 1770, gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef, 10 mins away, the property boasts a serene, natural landscape and beautifully maintained gardens.
It offers four studio rooms, each with bathrooms and it is a perfect location for a couples’ romantic retreat or a small family gathering if you wish to rent the entire property.
Your hosts Sally & Loz, are onsite to ensure that you receive the best guest service available.
With an outdoor kitchen, featuring a gas BBQ, microwave, refrigeration and all the kitchen utensils you will need, you can self cater your meals or we can recommend some lovely dining options in town.
Just take the time to relax with a book around our stunning tropical swimming pool.
Whatever your occasion, we can cater for special needs on request and it is our main goal to ensure you have the best experience possible during your stay.
We can organise Reef Tours, Fishing Charters, Dinner Reservations, or just advise on the best activities to pursue while you are here.

Check in
Check in is between 2pm and 5pm, please advise if you plan to arrive outside these hours

Check out is 10am unless otherwise requested and approved
Absolutely no visitors are to be invited to the property unless prior approval is granted
Pool
The pool hours are 7am - 7pm pm daily. Absolutely no glass allowed in the pool area.
Breakfast
Complimentary Continental breakfast is served from 7am - 9am daily.
Damage
We reserve the right to recover the costs of any damage sustained during your stay.
Occupancy
We cannot increase occupancy within our rooms. Our facilities and amenities are only available for paying guests unless prior arrangement is made with us.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is required upon check in. Payment options are Paypal (credit card), Square (Credit card), Direct Deposit or cash.
A deposit is required for reservations during peak periods ie, Christmas, New Year, School Holidays, Easter.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days prior to your booking do not incur any cancellation fees if reservation dates are off peak.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to your booking for Peak Periods do not incur any cancellation fees.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking will incur a fee equal to one nights accommodation for off peak season reservations
Cancellations made within 30 days of your booking will incur a fee of $200 for all reservations made during peak season.
