Rental Payment:

For reservations of less than one month, full rental is required to be paid prior to, or upon check-in.

Failing which, a credit card pre-authorisation of the full amount will be required upon check-in as guarantee.

For reservations one month or longer, the first month rental, must be paid prior to, or upon check-in.
