This property is in prime location, 150m from the town centre where you will find all necessary amenities. The property is an older style house, with modernised budget apartments inside. Guests can enjoy free wifi during there stay, there are also flatscreen TV's in the units with freeview. There is no reception on site and units have their own private entranceways and are fully equipped. The units are cleaned using chemical free cleaning and all linen and towels are commercially laundered, a cleaning fee does apply. Twizel is the gateway to Mt Cook and is a stunning town located near 5 lakes and within an hour of 3 ski fields in winter. The township boasts some great restaurants and bars and with this properties location getting anywhere is easy! Check in is anytime after 2pm and a lockbox code will be given to you, with check out at 10am.

Guest arrival time
• Check-in from 14:00 to 20:30
• Check-out by 10:00am on day of departure
Guests are required to provide a phone number with their booking.
Please note that whilst we love children the accomodation is not suitable as there is no capacity for additional beds in the rooms, however young infants in port-a-cots can be accomodated, and a port-a-cot can be requested free of charge if required.
Wifi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
We do not allow for pets on site.
Additional fees
• Cleaning fee of $40NZD per stay - not included in the room price. Guests are asked to leave the units in a reasonable condition with dishes washed and put away prior to leaving. Excess mess and breakages will be charged accordingly.
Key collection
• We provide a seamless self check in with guests receiving a unique lock box code to get the key to gain access to the unit once payment is received.

We accept cash payments or credit card payments through our site which must be processed prior to check in, note credit card surcharge of 2.5% applies.

Cancellation
We allow a grace period with no fees charged for bookings cancelled within 4 hours of booking.
Any bookings cancelled within 5 days of the stay will be charged at the full rate. Cancellation prior to this time will not incur any additional fee.
