Please Update Term & Conditions
* Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out is 12:00 pm. Please advice if your check in time is beyond 6:00 pm, otherwise it will be considered as no show.
* Request for early check in or late check out is subject to room availability with additional charge.
* Rates are inclusive of government charges.
*Down payments are non-refundable.
*Full payment is required on bookings that fall on a holiday (Christmas, New Year, Holy Week etc..)
Child Policy:
* Children 10 years old and below are free of charge, sharing bed with parents. Request for extra bed shall be subject for additional charge.
Re-booking Policy
* Re- booking of rooms at least 7 days prior to arrival date shall be granted a period of 1 month from original date of arrival and subject to room availability. Rate adjustment may apply based on the new date. 100% of the total amount paid is non refundable.

Cancellation is allowed 7 days prior to check in date with Php 2,000 cancellation fee.
Cut short stay/ no show on confirmed booking forfeits 100% of the total amount paid.e Update Cancellation Policy

Acts of God , Acts of nature ( typhoon, earthquake, long black out) - No Refund will be made during these circumstances. Only rebooking within 6 months from the date of stay is allowed.
