Skilmálar

Reservations Policy

1. Pets are not permitted within the property.

2. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

3. Property House Rule to be strictly observed on facilities, dress code, security, safety and etc.

4. We reserve the right to impose a refundable security deposit of minimum 1 room night room rate for any loss or damage of property and/or content in our facilities.

Government Tax & Service charges

1. All bookings are subject to a 10% Service Charge and 6% SST (Effective 1st September 2018)

2. A Tourism Tax of RM 10 nett per bedroom per night shall be payable upon check-in for all foreign guests. (Effective 1st September 2017)

Payment Policy

1. The full amount of the nett booking cost (inclusive of applicable taxes and service charge) is required to secure a booking.

2. The total amount payable for your stay (including applicable taxes and service charges) will be charged to your credit card at the time of confirming your reservation in the form of a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy

1. All Bookings are non-refundable. Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a No-show and the booking will not be refunded.

2. We do not issue refunds or credits for flight cancellations, due to any circumstances.

3. There are no refunds or credits issued for early check outs.

4. There are no refunds or credits issued due to bad weather, tropical storms or hurricanes; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricane’s direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature.
