Important: Money, jewels, car and other valuables are brought to the motel at the guest's sole risk. Across Country Motel and/or the management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto and guest remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items.

Notwithstanding any method of payment, I agree that I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred in the event of any additional charges (i.e. smoking or extra cleaning fee) or incidental damages, to the room and authorise the motel to charge my credit card or my security cash bond in such event.
