Nestled into the open bushland of Adventure Bay on 33 acres you are guaranteed privacy. Surrounded by wallabies including the white wallaby (unique to the area), great photographic opportunities exist while experiencing the local wild life in close proximity and only a 400 metre walk to the beautiful white sands of Adventure Bay Beach … a northerly facing beach which is fabulous for swimming, fishing and boating.
Adventure Bay Retreat consists of four properties; the Spa Cottage for a romantic getaway and The Lodge, sleeping eight in three bedrooms, perfect for the family or a couple wanting a little extra space. The Studio for a couple or two guests traveling together. The Lair is a new adult retreat suitable for 6 adults. Options exist to rent one or all four properties.
*Please note there is a small creek running through the property, it is approximately 100 meters from The Lodge, please consider this when booking with small, mobile children.

Terms and Conditions
It is accepted by you that you will take due care of the accommodation facilities (please do your washing up and put the dishes away and clean the BBQ after use). Extra charges may apply for the use of extra beds and excess cleaning over and above normal housekeeping and any damage caused by you to the property. Extra charges will apply for the use of extra beds and late check outs that are not pre arranged and paid for at time of booking N.B. extra charges will be debited from
your credit card. Please note that charges apply for children and extra adults and charges for any extra guests not paid for at the time of your booking will be deducted from your credit card.
Cancellations are not accepted within 30 days of your booking.
Gatherings/Functions/Parties
a) The Property is not a party house and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and
b) Any gathering, celebration or entertainment is not permitted without written consent from the managers of Adventure Bay Retreat.
c) We do not allow tents, campers or motor homes on the property
Payment Policy
When booking online, we do not require a deposit.
Full payment will automatically be processed 6 weeks prior to your stay from the same credit card (+1.5% credit card fee) or by direct transfer into the nominated account.

*A booking which is cancelled greater than 30 days from the date of the first night of the stay will be fully refunded (minus the credit card fee)
