Términos y condiciones

. You are expected to leave the flat as you found it - neat, tidy, furniture in its rightful place;
. There is strictly no cooking or cleaning crabs in the flat - however if you are going crabbing please advise as there are cleaning facilities at Lakes Entrance and Metung, and we can provide equipment to cook outdoors at Akora;
. Guest numbers must not exceed that for which you booked (unless arrangements made with management);
. There is strictly NO SMOKING inside the flats;
. No parties - please respect that there are other people sharing the area;
. Toilet-trained pets are allowed inside but not on furniture or bedding and pet litter is not allowed inside. Pets must not be left in alone in the flat. There is no enclosed yard and doggy-doo must be picked-up and disposed of appropriately.

Please note that if your booking is for two people, it is assumed that you are a couple unless advised otherwise. If you require separate beds please let me know so that twin beds are made up for you. In both instances the second bedroom will be locked. If you are seeking separate bedrooms there will be an additional cost (equal to a booking for three people).

Payment upon confirmation of booking except cash payments which must be made upon arrival.

Política de cancelación

A cancellation fee will apply for bookings made during peak times. A full refund of the deposit is given (less a $70 cancellation fee) if cancellation is received in writing not less than 60 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, the deposit is only refunded if the property can be re let for the same period. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests’ actual arrival or departure date. In the event of a guest not occupying the property, they will still be responsible for the full tariff.
