All payments are made prior to departure with either NZ$, eftpos, debit card or credit card.
Surplus Cleaning Fee; A fee will be charged dependant on the circumstances, if your accommodation is not left in a reasonable state at your departure. ie: minimum requirement of dishes rinsed & all discarded food is put in the trash.
There is a $500 sanitising fee if you smoke inside the accommodation - there are ashtrays & seating provided outside on each patio.

FREE CANCELLATION
We understand during these uncertain times the need to be flexible and are offering free cancellation if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival date.
If you cancel your reservation within less than 48 hours of due arrival date and it is not due to Covid Alert level changes, we may deduct the full amount of the reservation.
However, we will do our upmost to re-sell the accommodation on your behalf, reimbursing you for portion re-sold, less a $45 administration fee.
