at amaris bed & breakfast, safety of every individual is our top priority. we are closely observing the COVID19 situation, and are following the mandated advisories given by the WHO, and our local health & travel agencies.

kindly take time to read our intensified health guidelines and our policy. It is a little inconvenient but bear with us, as this will keep you and anyone around you safe during these times.

health guidelines
1. please observe the following protocols upon entering the premises:
• wear you face mask at all times
• submit for a temperature check
• there will be foot & hand sanitation available at the entrance and other common areas as well
• please keep at least a couple feet distance from others, we have stickers around the area as guides.
2. the premises are equipped with a proper ventilation system and disinfection of the common areas and rooms.
3. to minimize crowd at the reception area, front desk can only check in one reservation at a time. you can wait for your turn at the entrance.
• only the booker will be called at the counter for booking verification. (the booker must present his/her ID).
4. each guest must fill-out the health declaration form upon entering, this will also serve as your check in form for less hassle.
• the health declaration form is provided via QR code provided near the counter. you can scan the QR code on your smartphone.
• the link will also appear when you successfully connected to our wi-fi

booking & confirmation
1. when reserving a room your name, address, arrival- and departure time and method of payment are required.
2. a room reservation is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing and you have received a reservation confirmation number. the hotel is entitled to apply different kinds of rules such as reservation fee or deposit guarantee in order to secure the reservation.

general policy
1. we do not have an elevator. We are located on the 2nd floor of the building, accessible by staircase. a staff is available 24 hours to assist you with your luggage.
2. room rate is inclusive of accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, wi-fi, toiletries etc. the room rate is inclusive of airport transfer. should you require additions, please feel free to contact us at (+63 32) 262-1812.
3. check-in time: 14:00 | check-out: 12:00
4. checkout after 12:00 hours is subject to a charge (php100/hour) as are all arrivals prior to 12:00 hours. late check-in is accepted and will not be charged.
5. the maximum number of children allowed in existing beds depends on the room you pick. double-check your selected room for the maximum capacity. children 10 years old and below are free of charge. please note that no cribs and extra beds are available.
6. pets are allowed.
7. we encourage cashless transactions to minimize contact. we have various payment methods you can choose from:
• e-Wallets i.e. GCash, Grab Pay, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Hello Money
• bank transfers
8. to comply with our local government advisories, visitors are strictly prohibited.
• the hotel rooms and hallways are no-smoking areas. guests and visitors found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on hotel/premises will incur ₱5,000.00 fine per occurrence.
• if you wish to smoke, the property has a designated smoking area outside the front desk.
• registered guests will be charged and held responsible for any missing or damaged amaris bed & breakfast-owned items/fixtures in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of the hotel. this liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.
• amaris bed & breakfast management will not be held responsible for the loss of any personal items and valuables within the property.

Política de cancelamento

1. amaris b&b wants to be more flexible with our cancellation policy. We accept free cancellations 3 days before the arrival date.

2. in cases that you cancel after the free period, we'll give you gift checks for your next stay at amaris b&b instead, pick your date.
