With the new make over given the cottages there own identity and modern look all being fully self contained and roomy in all rooms these cottages have very comfortable beds full fridge with top freezer, stove, oven, microwave, TV, DVD, air conditioning , all utensils and cooking equipment.
Amaroo is just walking distance from local shops, restaurants, bouquet cloth shop, hair dressers, butches and spar supermarket this little town has a lot to offer with walking path for cycles, exercisers for the fitness attic, dog walkers or just a nice easy walk alone the beautiful pristine waterfront that makes this little Island township ideal place to holiday for a huge array of fish species available for the keen Angler's, in these waters the inlet runs from St Georges Basin into the Tasman Sea, if you would like to hire a boat to explore and fish, you can hire one from Go Hire A Boat / Boat Hire at Amaroo Resort office call 0412446247 and hire one of our 4.2 metre Tinnies seat 5 powered with 5 hp motor fitted out with all safety equipment and jackets or hire our pontoon that seats 10 person with 30 hp motor and operator if you feel you need with either sunbed or BBQ fitted, also available SUP Boards, kayaks, Canoes and push bike for hire bookings would be recommended to assure you secure hire prior to arrival. also our local Kangaroos and lorikeets are popular and love a free feed if spare bread available. here at Amaroo we want your stay to be one that you would love to repeat often so we aim to please, and appreciate feed back be it good or bad.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
Terms of rental of cottages no bedding is to be removed from the cottages and plates or cutlery used at Bbq area is to be returned to cottage any short fall will be your responsibility to cover cost.
cottages are to be left reasonably clean with all food and rubbish put in bins outside and linen off beds and left in GREEN LAUNDRY BAG.
We expect our guest to be respectful to staff and other guest concerning noise levels after 11pm and all property of Amaroo Resort to be looked after.
Cottages are individually metered re electricity excessive use will be charged to guests so turn air conditioners off while not in cottages and leave setting at 24 degrees summer and 29 degrees winter as recommended.

Payment of 50% is required at time of booking to secure the booking and remaining 50% to be paid at time of arrival.
any damage or breakage to be reported and paid for prior to departure, any account to be finalized prior to departure.
Stornierungsbedingungen
If cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival mid or low season full refund or credit will be given,
cancellation within a week of arrival voiding us to attempts to fill booking will be full charge of booking lost.
Christmas booking will be refunded only if cancelled 3 months prior to arrival and if cancelled within 3 month only refund if cottage is rebooked and no loss of tariff.
