Andy's Accommodation
Andy's is self contained accommodation reflecting quality, comfortable amenities of today's modern standards, yet set in the surrounds and aesthetics of yesteryear.
Andy's is your home away from home with comfort and relaxation top of the list.
Ideal for all types of travelers with 3 full size bedrooms with quality, comfort beds and bedding. Self contained with kitchen, lounge & dining room. Exceptional bathroom, continuous gas hot water and the best shower you will ever experience.
Only 300 m to the centre of town, quiet and private. Small enough for a couples getaway yet big enough for a family to stay awhile. The stone construction keeps it cool in the summer and warmer in the winter, with air conditioning to help on those extreme days.
Guest access - It's all yours!! No sharing, completely private and comfortable.
Interaction with guests - Guests are contacted by message to check arrival and host is available if needed by text or phone.
Other things to note - Andy's has plenty of off street parking for that caravan or trailer. If you have a pet, we welcome them as well (fully fenced property) but they are not allowed inside the house. Plenty of room out back of the house for the kids to run around and explore too. Barbecue and outdoor setting is provided for use as well.

Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings
Bookings can be made via our website booking engine. If you have any special requests you can contact us via email at bookings@andysaccommodation.com.au or by phone on 0415 865 435.
2. Payment
Payment will occur at the time of booking, with credit card the preferred option. Payment can be made via electronic bank transfer upon request. Bookings through affiliates (Airbnb, HomeAway, Booking.com etc) will be paid through the respective booking systems.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations over 7 days from the booking date will be fully refunded.
Cancellations may be made within 7 days of the booking date, with a 10% cancellation fee being charged.
Cancellations may be made within 48 hours of the booking date, with a 50% cancellation fee being charged.
4. Occupancy
The number of beds in the premises represents the number of persons permitted to stay overnight in compliance with insurance and fire prevention regulations.
5. Arrival and Departure
Check in: from 2.00 pm
Keys will be made available via an onsite key safe, with the combination provided to you prior to your arrival. The time between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival is used for cleaning and maintenance purposes and access cannot be given before 2.00 pm, unless early check-in arrangements have been made.
Check out: by 10.00 am
Please place keys in the key safe and re-secure the safe upon leaving.
6. What you need to bring
The Property is self contained and fully serviced with linen, towels and cleaning products. Personal requirements such as toilet paper, dish washing and laundry detergents are also provided.
7. Damage and maintenance
Please report all breakages and damages to 0415 865 435 immediately. Guests may be liable for the replacement cost of damaged items.

8. Cleaning
Please ensure that all dishes are washed and put away and furniture returned to its original position. Cleaning products are provided.
Andy's Accommodation reserves the right to charge guests an additional cleaning fee if required. Your nightly tariff includes a component for cleaning however guests are expected to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition.
9. Miscellaneous
PETS
Pets are permitted upon request. Permission may be given on the basis that the guest observes house rules around areas of the property that are excluded from pet access.
CARAVANS
Caravans are permitted to be parked in the driveway for storage purposes only and not for the accommodation of additional guests.
SMOKING is NOT permitted inside the premises.
