Welcome the Ruthven Apartment. 6 Apartments from 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments available. We have self-serviced apartments (unless staying for more than a week. We do not have a reception onsite and check-in & check-out is express but we are only a phone call away.

The apartments have 24hour check-in as we are a express check-in and check-out accommodation with no reception on site.
BUT Please note that all bookings must contact the motel so that we will be able to have the apartment opened and ready to go for you.
Payment must be paid on booking or at least 3 days before check-in.
Staff are not onsite except for cleaners therefore if you need us we are available from 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday by phone, text or email and we can be over at apartments if needed.
Early check in must be arranged through the manager and confirmed.
Check-in time - 2.00pm
Check Out Time - 10.30am.
Late check outs will incur an extra cost and must be arranged through the manager before arrival or day before check-out.
Early check-in is also available no charge from 12pm-2pm, from between 9am-12pm $15 each hour and this is only if apartment is available on the day.
Apartments are self-service unless staying more than 7 nights or more. All amenities are offered on arrival however detergent, coffee/tea nespresso pods are not refilled & toiletries. Linen is an extra cost if not staying longer than a week & you do want a service.

We have a week cancellation policy.
Credit Card Details Required For Secure Booking. Full Payment 3 days before Check In or 1 week if booked more than a month in advance.
Advanced Bookings - 1 month or more in advance requires a 10% non-refundable deposit for group bookings.
Please talk to us about anything for single or group bookings.
Carnival of Flower's we expect full payment if booked within the last month before the carnival. Cancellation policy for carnival and other events is one month.
We have Mastercard and Visa, eftpos.
Check In Prior to 12 midday - Restricted to availability.
Please note mastcard & visa have a 0.5% charge.
