I authorise the Arabella Motor Inn to deduct from my credit card provided any late charges which may apply after check-out. This can include any unauthorised late check-out charge, mini-bar, phone calls and damage to the room. All of our rooms are Non-Smoking, $250 fine will be applied if we found smoking in the room. Please be considerate of other guest staying at the motel A NO NOISE POLICY AFTER DARK. Otherwise you will be asked to leave the premise, without being refunded. Arabella Motor Inn will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your property including any vehicle parked at the motel.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 1OAM .(N.S.W TIME) - NO PETS ALLOWED WITHOUT PERMISSION.

Off Peak periods :

Cancellation will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to room availability time ( 1pm ) on the date of arrival.
No cancellation fee will be charged if a minimum of 72 hours notice is given.

If less than 72 hours notice is given a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation will be charged.

Peak periods :

Cancellation will be accepted up to 7 days prior to room availability time ( 1pm ) on the date of arrival.
No cancellation fee will be charged if a minimum of 7 days notice is given.

If less than 7 days notice is given a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation will be charged.
