Ardeena originates from the word 'Arden' , Celtic for 'highlands' and is also inspired by Shakespeare’s Forest of Arden – a place of magic and beauty – all of which you will discover when you arrive at this spectacular, secluded location. Set high amongst the clouds at 1100 feet above sea level, just like the Ardennes in France, Ardeena is located near the peak of Mt Carool with breathtaking ocean & hinterland views & 77 acres of lush open fields & untouched rainforest. Ardeena is located just 16kms from the Coolangatta airport & beaches. A perfect venue for an escape, wedding, corporate event, family celebration, filming or photoshoots. Ardeena has eight standard QUEEN rooms featuring queen bed, kitchenette (kettle, microwave, toaster, stove and bar fridge) with dining table, TV, shower room with toilet, hanging cupboard with iron, fan and air conditioning.
Ardeena has one DELUXE Suite with separate lounge room , bathroom with spa bath, shower room and toilet and double vanity, queen bed, kitchenette (kettle, microwave, toaster, stove and bar fridge) with dining table, 2 x TV's, hallway hangers, iron, hair and makeup area, 2 fans and 2 x air conditioners.
Ardeena Queen and Deluxe Suites include a complimentary continental breakfast (gluten free cereal, juice, yoghurt, fruit, banana bread, butter, milk and water), tea and coffee facilities (various tea bags and coffee bags, sugar) bathroom toiletries (shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner), bathroom linen (towels, face washers, hand towel and bath matt), bed linen (bed is made) and additional blankets. All rooms have their own private carport and stunning views.
Please contact us if you are attending a Summergrove wedding and require additional accommodation. We are able to offer a complimentary bus transfer to and from your Summergrove wedding. We also work with Summergrove Wedding Coordinators to ensure that your check in time and bus transfers align with each individual Summergrove wedding.

Ardeena has 5km of sensational Rainforest Walking tracks. If you are staying for a wedding, or simply holidaying on the North Coast of NSW, we suggest staying two nights (at a reduced rate through our website) and arriving the day before your planned activity, to enjoy our beautiful surrounds.
We open our rooms to the public three months in advance and when we are not booked with our own Ardeena Wedding or Special Event, we are able to offer additional accommodation to our sister venue at Summergrove Estate. We are also online with various well known world-wide accommodation booking agencies.

The first night is a set price, however you will receive a reduced rate (for 2 nights or more) if you book directly through our website.

The full amount for your stay must be paid in full prior to receiving the room keys.
Check in is from 2pm. Early check in is by prior arrangement only and may incur a fee;
Departure time is 10am. Late check outs are by prior agreement only and may be charged at $50 per hour or part thereof.
Ardeena is running on NSW time.
By booking this room you agree -
• That I shall be personally responsible for all charges / damages / losses for the group occupying the room/s;
• To pay for any loss or damage during my stay;
• That I will not make any claim against the owner, management or staff for any damages or loss to my goods or valuables or personal injury or death during my stay, including all activities, facilities or use of the grounds;
• To pay a replacement fee for any keys lost or not returned on the departure date;
• To leave the property in a tidy state;
• Agree to the disclosure of personal information to persons requiring that information in the normal activities of maintaining the property on a day to day basis.
• Costs to be taken from my credit card for any breakages, losses, outstanding charges for additional services booked by me or my party or accommodation or any other such amount arising from the breach of this agreement and / or terms and conditions during my/our stay.
• To abide by all terms and conditions of Ardeena and acknowledge that those terms and conditions form part of the agreement and to abide by all directions by staff / management;
Ardeena have a strict NO PARTY POLICY and only the guests staying onsite at Ardeena are permitted to use the accommodation facilities. Ardeena will monitor any music, noise and complaints from other guests and neighbours. One warning will be given to reduce noise / disturbance. If this warning is not followed the guest will forfeit all payments and must leave immediately. Your accommodation tariff will not be refunded.

Payment Policy
All bookings must be paid in full.
You will be required to provide a credit card prior to check-in to cover incidental charges.
The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age.
Cancellation Policy
30 days notice of cancellation is required for a refund, less a cancellation fee of $100.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: all monies paid will be forfeited if the room cannot be re-let for the entire period.
No-shows: all monies paid will be forfeited.
COVID19 Booking Policy
If you are unable to make your booking due to official government covid regulations put in place, we are able to reschedule your stay with us to another date (providing we have availability) at no additional cost to you.
