Welcome to our multi-award winning hosted Bed & Breakfast.
From Hobart our accommodation is a relaxed 70-minute drive through the scenic Huon Valley to the seaside township of Dover, set between the majestic Adamson’s Peak and picturesque Port Esperance; Dover is ideally situated as a base for exploring the attractions of the Huon Valley and Far South Tasmania.
For your comfort, our thoroughly modernised accommodation offers three en-suite guest rooms complete with comfortable queen, king or twin beds, television, DVD player, tea & coffee making facilities and a mini-bar stocked with tasty snacks and excellent local wines and beers.

Guests who book direct with Ashdowns of Dover can choose to book now and pay later. A valid Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) is required at the time of booking however the full payment isn't required until check-out.
Where a Credit Card is not available, payment can be pre-paid in advance of arrival by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) into our bank account.

Reservations booked direct with Ashdowns of Dover may be cancelled without penalty up to 2pm local time, the day prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled after that time will be charged a penalty equivalent to the cost of one night's stay.
If you fail to provide notice of cancellation or fail to arrive as per your booking (no-show) you will be charged a penalty equivalent to 100% of the cost of your entire stay.
