Asiana Hotel is a newly renovated Boutique Hotel situated along Gordon Avenue, Olongapo, a short distance from the Subic gates, SM and Ayala malls. Terms and Conditions
• Any balance payment must be settled upon arrival.
• Guests must present a valid ID and booking details upon check-in for security reasons.
• Check-in time is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm. Please inform our staff if you would like to extend your stay.
• Extensions will be based on the availability of the room.
• Early check-in is subject to availability of the room. Early check-in will incur charges.
• Rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. NO SMOKING inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available. A fine of 2000 will be charged for smoking in the room or for triggering the smoke detectors due to smoke.
• Strictly no guns, explosives, deadly weapon and illegal drugs allowed while inside the premises.
• No pets are allowed inside the room unless agreed upon by the management
• You may not bring any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes.
• Secure doors at all times. ASIANA Hotel will not be liable for any loss of personal valuables.
• Please inform ASIANA HOTEL front desk of any visitors. Visitors will not be allowed without your approval.
• Visitors may only stay until 11:00pm. Any visitors within the premises after 11:00p will be asked to leave. Additional charges will incur should the visitor stays beyond the allowed time.
• Any damages caused by negligence shall be charged to the guest. This includes, but is not limited to, damaged appliances, furniture, stain on sheets & curtains.
• Any damages caused by negligence of the visitor's guest shall be charged to the main guest of the hotel. This includes, but is not limited to, damaged appliances, furniture, stain on sheets & curtains.
• ASIANA HOTEL reserves the right to ask you to leave the Hotel immediately if we, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the Hotel room in an irresponsible manner that will compromise the safety of anyone in the hotel without any compensation or reimbursement to you.

- if payment will be made through Paypal, the room will be reserved automatically under the name of the guest. If Payment did not push through, you're reservation will be void.

Cancellation of booking reservation will be free of charge 24 hours prior to Check-in date.
For cancellation during the day of Check-in or within 24 hours of check-in time, guest will be charged an amount equivalent to 1 night stay.
