Avalon House: Harrietville
Avalon House was built in 1889 back in the gold rush and is one of the original old Harrietville homes. With 4 private courtyard apartments is great for couples or large groups. Set on a couple of river front acres in the heart of town. Central to all the village amenities it is great for family gatherings or quiet retreats.
Avalon House is set on the Ovens River with common garden areas including BBQ's, Fire Pits and Swimming Holes. Access to push bikes, kayaks, video and board games can be arranged.

Conditions générales
Check-in is from 2:00pm; checkout is at 10:00am. In the event the guest checks out prior to their booked departure date, tariff paid for the remainder of the booked period shall be deemed as non-refundable.
Guests will be liable for all repairs or replacements in the event of damage to, or loss of, property caused by the guest and/or companions during their stay. All cost of repair(s) or replacement(s) is deductible from the credit/debit card nominated at the time of booking and/or the credit/debit card presented for security upon arrival. Avalon House reserves the right to charge an excessive cleaning fee of up to $150.00 upon check-out for extreme cleaning requirements.
SMOKING AND FIRE RESTRICTIONS:
NO SMOKING is allowed at any time in the rooms. Due to fire restrictions Deck Fire Pit is by approval.
PARTIES:
We request there be no disturbance of neighbours, no undue noise, no behaviour likely to cause damage to property or offence or embarrassment to others, all noise to cease by 10 pm. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction.
Conditions de paiement
We accept credit card or direct bank transfer payments only.
For online credit card transactions the a deposit amount of 20% is payable at time of booking conformation. The balance remaining shall be charged on the day of check in.
For credit card transactions an additional 1.5% surcharge on Mastercard & Visa, and a 3% surcharge on AMEX applies.
For bank transfers the balance is required to be cleared in our account 14 days prior to check-in.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email that contains our bank account details.
In the event the guest checks out prior to the above departure date, tariff paid for the remainder of the booked period shall be deemed as non-refundable.

Cancellations 14 days prior to check-in receive 100% Full Refund with
bookings less than 14 days from check-in the first night of the booking will be charged with the remainder refunded at time of cancellation.
