- Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
- Failure to arrival at your hotel will be treated as a No-show and no refund will be given.

2) High season booking (1 November - 15 December , 16 January - 15 February)
- Any cancellation received within 10 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
- Failure to arrival at your hotel will be treated as a No-show and no refund will be given.

3) Peak season booking (16 December - 15 January)
- Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
- Failure to arrival at your hotel will be treated as a No-show and no refund will be given.

Notes:
- At check-in,All guests please present the credit card used to make this booking and a valid photo ID with the same name.
- Failure to do so may result in the hotel requesting additional payment or your reservation not being honored. If you have submitted additional documentation for a third party booking or paid via a different payment method, please disregard the note above.
- All rooms are guaranteed on the day of arrival. In the case of a no-show, your room(s) will be released and you will be subject to the terms and conditions or the cancellation/No-show Policy specified at the time you made the booking as well as noted in the confirmation email.

MODIFICATION POLICY:
Early Check-out & No-show:

Guest who early check-out prior to the end of their reservation will be subject to a minimum of one night’s room charge up to a maximum of the entire contract rate for the remaining reservation period.
For No-show, the Hotel to charge at full amount of the total room charge for stay of the period booked.

* Check out time at 12.00 (midday)
* Late check out will be extra charge ( after 17:00 full day charge)

CHILD POLICY:
Child under 12 years sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding is free of charge, maximum one child per room.
- Breakfast and other meals for children between 04 - 10 years will be charge at 300 Baht.
- Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one Extra Bed@1000/night (extra bed can be put in Deluxe Balcony, Golf field view villa, Rice field view villa, Royal Suite and Pool Villa Suite only)
- Maximum 2 Children sharing room with 2 adults (An Extra Bed for child is the same price as adult)
- A baby cot is available with free of charge for Infant under 4 years old.
