CHECK-IN: 1:00 PM - EARLY CHECK-IN: Available if the room is already clean
CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM – ₱500 per hour after 11:00 AM, after 3 PM another Day will be charged
LATE CHECK OUT: Personal items will be removed at 11:00 AM unless late check out has been approved IN ADVANCE.
ID MUST MATCH the BOOKING.
ALL ROOMS, EXTRA PERSONS (P500) & ANY BALANCE, Must be paid on CHECK-IN
ANY BROKEN ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE WILL BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY AT THE GUEST EXPENSE

Payment Policy

100% of the payment is due in advance prior to stay and at the time of booking. Accommodations include a Hotel Tax at 12% and a Service Charge of 10%

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
