All rates include a sumptuous daily breakfast served in your Studio
See our booking conditions for cancellation policy etc. These terms are non negotiable, guests are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance where a late cancellation may lead to payment in full.
Booking Conditions:
Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our booking conditions
- balconies dolphincove is a non smoking property
- we operate a minimum stay policy of 2 nights at weekends & 3 nights at public holidays – other minimum stay periods may apply throughout the year at our discretion
- check in is from 2 – 6pm or by arrangement – we use key safes & will contact you on your mobile phone on the morning of your arrival to arrange key collection
- check out is 10am
- each Studio has 1 queen size bed, the Garden King Room has 1 king size bed - we do not offer twin beds – no extra beds can be accommodated in the Studios or Garden Room – maximum 2 guests per Studio & Garden Room
- regrettably our accommodation is not suitable for children under 15 years of age – any bookings made through this website or through 3rd party websites will not be accepted if children are included in the party
- for the comfort of our guests we do not accept pets or any Stag or Hen party bookings
- at the time of booking we will take payment for the 1st night - the balance will be payable on arrival. You can cancel your booking free of charge at any time prior to 72 hrs before arrival. Should you cancel your booking within the 72 hrs period the 1st nights’ accommodation cost will be retained unless we can resell the accommodation
- you are recommended to take out appropriate travel insurance
- payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or cash
- these booking conditions supersede any provided by other 3rd parties, by making a booking you accept these terms & conditions
