Credit and EFTPOS cards may be used for payment but a fee for use of premium awards cards may be charged
Valid in funds credit card or cash bond must be provided for room security and miscellaneous charges wuich may include,but are not restricted to additional cleaning and deodorising,loss or damage to hotel property or failing to follow the terms and conditions of acceptance as a guest of the Bamboo Motor Inn.
The main registered guest who signs the check in registration is responsible for all charges applicable to the room and all those guests staying in that room..
Guests must declare all room occupants -Adults children and infants
The owners and operators of the Bamboo Motor Inn are not to be held liable for loss or damage to the registered guests property while staying at the motel
All our rooms are no smoking - While it remains legal by state law smoking is only allowed in public areas of the motel premesis and only then when it does not affect other guests. A charge of $150 will be levied to cover cost of room deodorising if this policy is ignored
Late checkouts are at the discretion of management ,subject to availability and a nominal charge

Payment Policy

Full payment for booking to be paid at or prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations clear 7 days prior to booking date without penalty

Cancellation penalties:
Cancellations within 7 days of booking 50% of total booking.
Cancellations or no show on booked date of arrival or early checkout - 1 night charge.
