On the top level of the Battery Point Manor, this three bedroom apartment is a private family or executive apartment. The apartment offers two bathrooms, as well as a full kitchen, full laundry facilities, alongside a living room and a seperate TV room/study.

The apartment offers a private terrace that offers views down the Derwent River, with exclusive use to the guests of this apartment.
