Welcome to Bay 10 Accommodation, waterfront accommodation in the heart of Port Lincoln. At Bay 10 we offer accommodation to suit every need. Our 2 Bedroom Units are great for family or extended visits as they offer full kitchens ready for gourmet delights and separate lounge rooms with large plasma and DVD players. In our Studio Suites we offer both Ocean View and Ground Floor. The Ocean View Studio Suites are great if your on that weekend getaway or work visit and wanting that extra room to spread (and of course great views.) Our Ground Floor Studio Suites are popular with our corporate guest, working to a set budget but wanting that 4 star comfort.
If you want the best spot in Port Lincoln and that extra WOW in accommodation, you cannot go past the Luxurious Bay 10 Holiday House, the only 4 star waterfront Holiday House in the heart of Port Lincoln, with breathtaking views and King Bed Suites. This is all set in a private garden on the waters edge. When booking online, we ask our guests to include flight details or if driving an ETA into Port Lincoln. This allows reception to be aware of your travels if flights are delayed or you encounter transport difficulties. This can be added in the notes section on the booking form.
As a gift to our guest we offer complementary WIFI which is available throughout the property and in all rooms. We also have a shard BBQ area for the units/suites which is also complementary.
We thank you for taking the time to browse our accommodation and we look forward to welcoming you into Port Lincoln and sharing some local knowledge on Port Lincoln and surrounding areas.

****Please note, always include your flight details in your booking so one of our staff can meet you on your arrival. Check-in is available until 9pm allowing guests on the last flights into Port Lincoln time to check in******

24/7 Self Check-in is available. Guests will be given a security code to access their keys if arriving after reception hours.

All rooms are non-smoking. Bay 10 Accommodation has a strict no-party policy. If guests show no respect to these conditions or other staff Bay 10 Accommodation reserves the right to ask guests to leave with no refund provided.
NOTE - If rooms are damaged or left in a poor state a fee of up to $500 will be charged to the card holder.
Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $80 replacement fee. Call outs after 9pm for "lock outs" will be charged a $80 fee.

Política de cancelación

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received 3 days or less of arrival will be charged 100% of booking.
Cancellations received 3 days or more of arrival will receive FREE CANCELLATION.
Bay 10 has a no-party policy.

CONDITIONS OF USE
1. No smoking indoors
2. Bay 10 Accommodation is not responsible for any damage or loss to the guests property.
3. Faults or damages must be reported to the management immediately. The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and its contents.
4. Strictly no pets allowed.
5. Bay 10 Accommodation does offer servicing to your accommodation for an additional cost, please contract reception if you wish to have this option. For stays longer than 7 days a complimentary service is available.
6. Check in time is 2p.m., with check out time 10a.m. Late check out can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact reception if you wish to have this option.
7. Guest holding the booking / reservation must be over the age of 18 years old.
