Beachside Hotel is designed to provide great value, western-standard accommodation in the unique, ever interesting environment of Timor-Leste. We have both hotel style rooms with ensuite, and also self-contained studios with kitchenettes. Breakfast, and daily laundry included with all rooms. All this with one of Dili's quietest and most beautiful beaches at your doorstep. Fantastic sunsets come free of charge. Getting away from it all isn’t far away, so come around, swap some stories, and relax in style!

Check-in is 2pm and Check-out is 11am, but feel free to enquire with us if you would like to do so later or earlier than these times.
Breakfast is free with all rooms and includes a fresh fruit plate, tea or coffee and a choice between eggs on toast or bircher style muesli.
Same day laundry service is free with all rooms.
Extra adult/child trundle beds available at $30 per night.
We do not accept payment by MasterCard - nor does the rest of the island. So, please make arrangements for a Visa Card or enough cash before you come to Timor-Leste.

Cancellation 30 days prior incurs a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation 3 days prior incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation 24 hours prior incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
