Situated only 100 mtrs from Lake Mulwala foreshore and set amongst Yarrawonga's cafes, restaurants, hotels, shops and attractions. Close to all Mulwala Sporting Clubs and Cruise boats. Farmers and Rotary Markets are held monthly. Day trips to wineries and tourist attractions at Rutherglen, Cobram and Corowa are a short drive away.
