WELCOME TO BETHANY MANOR Bed and Breakfast

Check-in after 2 pm until 9 pm and checkout is before 10 am.
Off street car parking (some undercover parking) with night lighting.

By signing this you take responsibility for room(s) listed. You authorise Bethany Manor the right to charge any nominated credit card which has been given in writing or verbally by you or third party on behalf of you for any expenses incurred (i.e. lost keys, damages, excess cleaning, recovery fees or rent but not is limited to these examples).

Unfortunately we do not cater for babies or children, we cater to couples only.

Bethany Manor takes no responsibility for failure of utilities or appliances. Bethany Manor will endeavour to have any faults rectified as soon as possible upon being notified of such faults. No refunds will apply due to utilities or appliances not being available during rental periods.

Bethany Manor takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of guest’s belongings. It is the guest’s responsibility during the rental period to secure and lock doors and windows when not in attendance.

Excessive noise or other behaviour complaints will be subject to one warning. Any further complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

For health and safety reasons, NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere in any buildings. All rooms have smoke alarms.

No pets are allowed either inside or outside.

Bethany Manor must be notified immediately of any loss or damaged to Bethany Manor property. Guests will be charged reasonable costs for any repair or replacement of any property lost, removed or damaged.

Bethany Manor reserves the right to debit the credit card tendered or seek other payment for any additional charges incurred from lost, missing or damaged property or additional cleaning.

Conditions de paiement

To guarantee your reservation you will be asked for you credit card number. All payment for accommodation must be made in full upon arrival prior to receiving your keys. Provision of credit card details is the authority to debit any payment owing.

MASTERCARD, VISA, DEBIT cards or Cash are accepted. Sorry, we do not accept Diners Club cards.

Politique d'annulation

To cancel or reschedule your booking you must notify us at least 120 hrs (5 days) prior to our check-in time of 2pm. Cancellations within this period will incur the full room charge applicable to your booking, which will be charged to your credit card.
