Valid credit card details are required to secure any reservation. Checkin is 2.00-7.00pm, checkout is 10.00am unless by prior arrangement - extra charges may apply. Non booked guests/visitors are subject to management approval and subsequent charges are the full responsibility of the registered guest/s. Further charges may apply for excess soiling, excess noise, smoking indoors, extreme cooking odours, use of personal cookers/naked flames, non key return on departure, extra bed use, extra car park use and damages as well as replacement costs and loss of accommodation as a result. Bookings made more than 3 months in advance should be reconfirmed - seasonal rates and minimum stays may apply and prices may change accordingly and could be subject to cancellation. We reserve the right to change room type when necessary as well as refuse any person from our motel. Modifications to any booking requires immediate non refundable payment - original charges may apply. If booked guest/s arrive with a non booked infant, guest, extra vehicle, trailer or boat, full cancellation charges apply if we can not accommodate. Facilities are for registered guests ONLY. We have a non refund policy for early departures.

Payment Policy

Checkin is 2.00 - 7.00pm. Bookings require payment upon arrival. If not checked in by 7pm (or as otherwise arranged) payment will be processed on the supplied credit card. Bookings that include 2 week New Year high season, Whangamata special events and Group bookings will be charged a 25% non refundable deposit at least 3 months prior to arrival with remaining payment required 21 days prior to arrival. A bond may be required by any guest on arrival. Beach Hop final payment is required 21 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to avoid full charges. Two week high season, Whangamata special event bookings and Group bookings will require notification of cancellation 21 days prior to avoid full remaining charges. 'No Shows' and non valid/declined credit card bookings are subject to immediate cancellation. Beach Hop cancellation notification is required 21 days prior to arrival to avoid full cost.
