Terms & Conditions

Our goal is to provide a lovely, relaxing & convenient environment for your stay in Tasmania. If you need something, please ask. If there is a problem with your room, please tell us, so that we can make your stay with us one you will remember fondly. If you are unable to find a member of staff please text or call us on: 0409 544 288 and we’ll get back as soon as possible
Consumption of meals in the rooms is not allowed. Coffee and tea making facilities are provided in your room.
We reserve the right to enter your room and make repairs in the case of an emergency.
Free onsite parking is based on availability.
Smoking & Pets - For the relaxation and pleasure of all our guests, we are a non-smoking and pets free guest house. If it is found that a guest has been smoking in the building, we reserve the right to make a charge of an additional night to allow for loss of income, should the room be unfit for letting as a non-smoking room. This will also cover our extra cleaning costs.
Checking in/out Check in is from 2pm unless otherwise agreed. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed. Late checkouts may result in a late fee, which can include up to a one night's room charge. At check out please leave your key hanging in your door. A charge of $50 will be added to your bill if the key is damaged, lost or taken with you.
Your Liabilities - By making a reservation, you expressly agree to comply and abide by the House Rules and Policies. You authorise Blue Bell Inn to debit the credit card on file for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect or additional cleaning services pertaining to your stay. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you.

Payment Policy

Payment is required for the entire amount of each room booked to secure booking, and is charged to the provided credit card, usually within a month of checkin date. We accept – CASH, EFTPOS, VISA/MASTERCARD
Please Note – A VALID Credit Card is required to secure all bookings. If the provided credit card is deemed invalid at the time of booking – the booking will not be confirmed until this is received. Every endeavour will be made to contact the guest in the event of an invalid credit card, if we are unsuccessful, the booking will be cancelled without further notification.
In the event of a no-show, or if a booking is cancelled within our 60 day cancellation policy, or there are outstanding charges left unpaid, or if there is an amendment charge – these will be charged to the provided credit card.
