We are a small boutique Adult Only accommodatin situated on private property. In order to ensure that all guests staying onsite have a pleasurable experience, we have implemented the following policies. Please ensure that you read through them to avoid any misunderstandings. Check-in times are from 2:30pm to 7:00pm
Check-out time is by 10:30 am on day of departure
Where possible please message us with approximate check-in time so that we can make the check-in process as quick as possible for you.

By booking accommodation you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1: NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR VISITORS
We do not allow guests or visitors other than booked guests onto our property - for the comfort of other guests staying at our property, please do not invite friends or family to visit you at our premises. Please note we do not allow events, parties or gatherings at our premises. Our aim is to provide a quiet and relaxing environment for adults only.

2: WE ARE NOT A "FISHERMAN'S ACCOMMODATION"
We are unable to accommodate boats, trailers, caravans or campervans etc at our property. Fishing equipment, bait or fish catch are not permitted inside the rooms (or fridge/freezer) at any time.

3: OCCUPANCY IS STICTLY Maximum 2 PERSONS per Studio
We do not allow additional guests to stay in rooms. Please do not try and sneak additional guests onto the property as you will all be asked to vacate the premises immediately. We are a council registered accommodation for 2 persons per studio only. For safety and security purposes CCTV monitors all access and entry to our property.

4: NO SMOKING
We are a non-smoking property.  If the room is deemed unsaleable on the day of departure due to tobacco product odour a cleaning fee of $260 will be charged. 

5: NO PETS

6: NO PORTABLE HOTPLATES, WOKS, COOKTOPS, BBQ OR OTHER COOKING DEVICES ALLOWED INSIDE ROOM or on DECK
All of our rooms are fitted with kitchenettes only - we provide a small fridge and microwave (for reheating of food/beverages only). Rooms are not fitted with exhaust rangehoods and hence cooking in rooms is strictly prohibited. 

7: NO FISHING EQUIPMENT OR BAIT 
Fishing equipment and bait are not permitted inside rooms. 

8: NO CLEANING OF FISH, SHELLFISH OR SEAFOOD INSIDE ROOMS

9: ELECTRIC SCOOTERS, BIKES & OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT NOT PERMITTED INSIDE ROOMS
Please enquire if you require use of an external power point or secure overnight charging for your device. We are happy to assist you

10: NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR GROUP GATHERINGS
Out of consideration for other guests on the property who have come to relax and enjoy our quiet accommodation, please refrain from inviting non paying guests onto the property.

11: QUIET TIME
In consideration of other guests designated quiet time is between 9:00pm and 7:00am

12: DAMAGE
We reserve the right to charge for any damages caused through the course of the booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spills, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. 

13: SPRAY TAN and FAKE TAN
Please note that the use of these applications can permanently stain linen and upholstery. We reserve the right to refuse bookings from guests that use these applications and any damages will be charged at full replacement costs.

14: LOST KEYS
Lost keys will incur a replacement charge per key

15: PARKING
Designated parking at rear of premises is for guests use only (1 car space per Studio). Please do not block driveway or access. 

16. Failure to adhere to the conditions above may result in penalty fine being required.

17. We reserve the right to request guests that engage in misconduct to vacate the premises

We are a luxury style accommodation designed to create a quiet and relaxing environment for couples or singles. In the interest of all guests comfort we do not cater for families or children. We thank you for your booking and look forward to welcoming you to our property. If you have any special dietary requirements regarding the continental breakfast please let us know at least several days prior to arrival.

Payment Policy

As we are a small boutique accommodation provider, full payment is required at time of booking in order to secure and confirm your chosen date/s.

We offer a full refund (less associated credit card processing fees) for cancellations up to 30 days prior to check-in date. For more information please see our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or modify your booking please contact us via email as soon as possible at BoatHarbourJettyBnB@bigpond.com

We offer a full refund (less credit card processing fees) for cancellations up to 30 days prior to check-in date.

For cancellation less than 30 days but with 14 or more days prior to check-in date, a refund of 50% of total booking payment fee will be processed (less associated credit card processing fees)

For cancellations with less than 14 days to check-in date, we are unable to provide refund.

"No Shows" are charged full accomodation payment and a refund is not available.
